Our Waikiki home is within the City of Rockingham, and in close proximity to beaches, recreation centres, library, shopping precincts & has connections with both train and bus routes.
This home is a large, open plan home with two living areas and two bathrooms. With a covered outdoor area, BBQ and outdoor seating area for the summer months.
The house is female only, and staffed 24/7 with an all female team. To match with current house mates, the home is appropriate for an ambulant female with a mild to moderate intellectual disability. Not wheelchair accessible, but can accommodate walker / walking aid.
This home requires 24/7 SIL funding via NDIS.
