    This 3-bedroom Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) home is one of two homes located next to each other in the suburb of Carlisle. Centrally located, near Bentley, Vic Park and Belmont; with public transport, great shopping precincts and amenities in close proximity. The home is built to High Physical Support (HPS) Design Category and is due for completion between July – Dec 2023. The home has spacious living areas for sharing and an Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) room. Each bedroom features a separate ensuite bathroom. The ideal applicant will have the opportunity to share their home with two other people while receiving SIL support from Nulsen Disability Services. Compatibility with other residents identified for the home will need to be explored further upon application.
